SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all over India as well as Internationally.
For all domestic Shipping we charge flat Rs.200/-. Orders beyond Rs.5000/- are free.
International shipping will be calculated based on the weight and the destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since we work with Glass, we do not offer a return or exchange policy. We package our product very securely and have never had any accidents reported. In some cases however, if we find that the damage was done due to poor packaging, we will be more than happy to replace the item.
In case of manufacturing damage or quality issue, we will take a 100% responsibility of fixing you product and/or replacing it completely for free.
